I have been gone for a while from this blog. My teaching chores have kept me busy.
But starting the New Year I am coming back to blogging and will do so regularly.
Also notice the title change for this blog. It was quite limited before in its scope. Now I will broaden the scope to encompass issues about entire “Our Work Life”. This will cover not just traditional Human Resource issues but issues about our entire work life.
There are great changes coming in our work life as such through this blog I want to contemplate the past, deriving lessons from such contemplation. But I also want suggest ideas and generate discussions around what I think the future holds in “Our Work Lives”
Make no mistake great changes are afoot. Not just incremental changes but total paradigm shifting changes.
I will write around these changes. There are changes coming with the concept of work itself. Also, we will see changes on how we go to work. How we get paid? How many of us will be working. Where we live while going to work. how many hours we are going to work. Where we have look for work. Our concepts of work mobility. And a whole lot of other changes.
